Privacy policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026. This policy explains how Sikkim Tour & Travel (South Shanti Nagar, S.J.D.A Housing Complex Main Road, Ward No. 36, Siliguri, West Bengal 734004, India) handles your information.

What we collect

When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or an enquiry form, we receive the details you choose to share – such as your name, phone number, email, travel dates, number of travellers and trip preferences. For permits and hotel bookings we may ask for ID copies and photographs.

Enquiry forms

When you submit a form on this website, your details are sent to us by email and stored securely on our web server so we can reply and keep a record of your enquiry. We also record the page you were on and, if you arrived from an advert or a link, the campaign source (for example “utm” tags). If you choose “Chat on WhatsApp”, WhatsApp opens with your message ready and you decide whether to send it.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes.
• To arrange vehicles, hotels and permits for your booking.
• To contact you about your trip.
• To understand which pages and adverts help travellers find us.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers and authorities needed to deliver your trip (for example hotels and permit offices).

Analytics, advertising and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and we may use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Google Ads to measure and improve our advertising. These tools use cookies or similar technologies and may process your IP address and device information. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, manage ad preferences in your Meta ad settings and Google ad settings, or block cookies in your browser. Embedded content such as Google Maps may set its own cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond, plan and complete your trip, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your choices

To ask what information we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted, contact sikkimtourandtravel975@gmail.com or call +91 81720 55888.
